The room was decent, but when I arrived the bedsheets and pillows hadn't been changed or cleaned. I stayed seven days, and only after a day of back-and-forth with the staff did they finally change the sheets. There isn't an in-house kitchen, but the OYO app still offers food, which is confusing for guests and the hotel. The food options they did have were limited, and they didn't provide cutlery at first. They brought some after I complained, but it didn't feel clean or hygienic. The cleaning staff weren't very cooperative either. Even after several requests to clean the table and utensils, the service was still unsatisfactory.

Cockroaches in the room, dirty sheets with blood on them, and a rude man at the front desk. This was the dirtiest OYO I’ve stayed in.

The sheets and pillows were stained, and the room smelled bad all the time. Cockroaches were crawling around, and the place was dirty and poorly maintained. It was a very unpleasant, disappointing stay. Management needs to address the hygiene and provide the basic cleanliness and comfort expected of accommodation.

I was here for 5-6 days on a business trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and packed with amenities. I found it the best hotel stay and would recommend it.

The Oyo app doesn’t respond, and this hotel was just as bad. The whole room was unclean, the sheets smelled, and there was an unpleasant odor. I found the app fraudulent and a scam, so please don’t book through it. This was the worst place.
