FabHotel Crystal Suites

I switched hotels after the first night. When I contacted the FabHotel team to ask for a refund, they didn’t reply, whether I called or messaged through booking.com. Their automated system did manage to send me an invoice after my “stay.” The room had roaches everywhere: I killed three and saw three more by the dresser and on the floor. The linens were disgusting, with dark, bad-smelling stains on the towels and spots all over the sheets, including one that looked like dried blood. The surfaces were caked in dust, especially the bathroom window and balcony, and the fan looked like it could fall from the ceiling any minute. This was by far the most awful place I’ve stayed in India, and it’s likely a health hazard.

I stayed here a few weeks ago. The owner was genuinely kind, one of the nicest people I’ve met, and I’d happily give five stars just for him. But a staff member who said he was the owner, though he’s actually a supervisor, was rude, abusive, and threatening. That’s completely unacceptable to guests. The rooms were also unhygienic and infested with cockroaches. Staff behavior needs serious improvement. Guests shouldn’t have to go through this.

Stay away from this hotel. I was in Room No. 201, and the promised breakfast never came. When I asked about it, staff were harsh, rude, and arrogant, with no courtesy or willingness to help or even acknowledge the issue. Their misleading promise and poor service made the stay stressful, and it wasn’t worth the money. This behavior is unacceptable in hospitality. I’ll never choose FabHotel again.

A nice atmosphere and a properly cleaned room made every second of my stay enjoyable. It’s the best budget-friendly hotel near marathalli, with everything close at hand. I recommend staying here.
