FabHotel Golden Comforts

We contacted the property before booking online, and they accepted our reservation. We were in a hurry and unfortunately didn't read the earlier Google reviews first. Once we arrived, the front desk person said they couldn't accept the booking because we were foreign guests, and spoke to us very rudely. The customer care was terrible, disrespectful, unprofessional, and unreliable. The place is in a very cramped area that's hard for a taxi to reach. The Google location they posted online was wrong, and it took our taxi driver almost an hour to find it.

The room was just okay, and cockroaches kept appearing. My parents had booked an AC room but were given a non-AC one, and the staff were very rude. They charged separately for the kids, and breakfast was included for only one person. There wasn't even a complimentary water bottle. The area around the hotel was a trash dump, with no decent view. A very forgettable stay.

I reserved a deluxe AC room, but was denied that room and given a non-AC one without even a TV. PATHETIC. Reception made it clear that bookings below 1499 aren't allowed.

The staff demanded extra money and behaved terribly. The rooms felt unsafe. My family and I planned to stay just one night, but couldn't last more than an hour because of how bad the people were. The place and staff were awful. Yuck.
