This works if you're here for an office visit on Outer Ring Road, or if you've been drinking at hashtag88 and need somewhere safe to sleep. The rooms are neat, Wi-Fi is available, the location is handy for work, and the rates are affordable. Early check-in and late checkout are possible for a small extra fee. Don't expect room service: they don't even bring tea or coffee. You have to go out, and the nearby option is only open from 9.00am to 10.00pm, about 150mts away. Bottled water is sold at reception. For a holiday with a pool, bathtub, laundry, or similar extras, this isn't the place.

The location is convenient, but the stay left me with a bad impression. Reception seemed focused on collecting extra charges: ₹600 for early check-in, then ₹300 for checking out just one hour late. That felt unreasonable. The rooms are old and have visible cracks in the walls, and otherwise the stay was average.

I paid X amount for the room but was given a bill for a lower amount. More troubling, at 1:57 AM an attendant opened my room with the service master key without telling me. When I asked why he'd used it in the middle of the night, he kept saying sorry. I raised it with the manager in the morning. It left me feeling there was no safety or security at this hotel.

The city-centre location and service were good. My three-star rating for the room comes down to two things: there was no heater, so we had to ask room service to bring a bucket of hot water, and a pub right nearby played loud DJ music until 1AM.
