The one advantage is that it’s within the city. But there’s garbage in front of the rooms that wasn’t cleared during either of our two days, and the building is shared with a bar. Climbing four floors with my wife and kids, with no lift and an unpleasant smell and surroundings, was uncomfortable. There were cockroaches throughout the hotel, including dead ones on the stairs. They don’t provide a brush, soap, or towel. The fan was extremely slow, and the AC didn’t work properly. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

Once you’ve booked and paid, you’re trapped. The staff behave very rudely and treat you like a slave. Please don’t choose this Hotel 'O'. The government should ban hotels like this.

We were told when booking that payment could be made at checkout, but the owner demanded it at check-in and wouldn’t give us the room keys until we paid. They told us to leave if we wouldn’t pay then. They also took more than the agreed amount and still haven’t refunded the overcharge. We had booked for one night. The hotel staff were arrogant and rude, and the customer service was the worst. The owner ignored other details we’d been given, making check-in difficult and the whole stay horrible. Don’t book here.

Frequent cigarette smoke came into the room, and the bathroom was extremely small. The windows had curtains but no way to close them fully. There’s no elevator, and the property is on the third floor up steep stairs, which was hard with our large luggage. The bed is small enough for just one person. Still, the basic room was good value compared with other places in the area.
