Fabhotel Rlv Green Palace

For ₹1400 per day, I got no drinking water, soap, shampoo, towel, or even a chair in the room. The place felt neglected and unhygienic, with dust everywhere, stained walls, and sheets that clearly hadn't been changed for ages. I was also made to pay extra when I arrived, even though I'd already paid online, and nobody gave me a proper explanation. My three-day hostel stay was extremely disappointing, and I regret choosing it. I'd strongly advise people to avoid it if they don't want to waste money and ruin their stay.

The room was dirty, and the bathroom was in terrible shape. Service was very poor too. I booked through MakeMyTrip but was still asked to pay extra at the hotel. I had a very bad experience and don't recommend this place.

I still want to know when I'll get my money back. When I booked, the call went to FAB Centralized Service, and they asked me to pay at least 500 INR, promising there was car parking right beside the hotel. When I got there, there was no CAR PARK, so I asked for a refund. They told me to contact the centralized service again, but no one answers the calls. I was really disappointed. These are scammers!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ANY COST! Thanks for responding, but when can I expect the refund?

Room cleanliness and hygiene were poor. I had booked a CP room with breakfast, but when I asked about the complimentary breakfast, management said they had no provision for complimentary breakfast or a water bottle. For an official visit, I wouldn't plan to stay here.
