The hotel is now called Span suites by srayz Royale, and apparently isn't linked with oyo anymore. They may call it royal, but the receptionist's attitude made me feel like an outsider. There was no lift, and the bathroom was stained, smelly, and full of cockroaches. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The room wasn't good, and the breakfast included in the price was never provided. I had to ask for a towel, and the one they brought wasn't good either. A leaking tap drain meant I was moved to another room temporarily, but that one didn't even have a key. They kept promising things would be ready, but nothing got done. Most of the power points were faulty, so I couldn't plug in my phone charger. The TV didn't work, and there wasn't even one channel for the kids. A total disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The photos and reviews gave a very different impression from the actual hotel. After I booked on their website, staff said they wouldn't accept the online booking and didn't serve breakfast. They wanted an extra 700 for the room, or said they couldn't give us one. The room and washroom were in bad shape. There was no bucket, the taps leaked, and the heater pipe was clogged, so there was no hot water. The taps also gave an electric shock because of the heater. A very poor hotel, don't be fooled by the pictures or reviews.

Great service and a really good experience.

The room upkeep was awful. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock and most of the power outlets were broken or dead. Then rats ran around on the false ceiling all night. Nothing felt FAB about this hotel.
