I first found this place with a friend while looking for a budget stay in Hebbal before an interview. We stayed around 3-4 days, and the staff and management were friendly and treated us really well. If we needed anything, they did what they could to help. The room, restroom, and common areas were clean and quiet, so I’d definitely stay here again if I’m nearby. I came back again this February, and they helped me throughout that stay too. They were available 24/7.

For the price, these rooms are really worth it. They’re well maintained, and the in-room amenities are more than satisfactory for what you pay. The crew behaved very well and responded quickly. Highly recommended.

I was told they don't accept pets when I tried to book, even though their website and OTA sites say pets are allowed. I explained that my pet is disciplined and trained to go outside, but it made no difference. If their policy is no pets, they need to say that clearly on those sites instead of causing trouble for people trying to book. This is highly unprofessional and not customer friendly. I had a similar problem with another hotel before. After a 3-hour trip, I arrived to find out that they no longer allowed pets, despite what the listing said. That kind of hypocrisy and lethargy is unacceptable. Please make the policies clear and don't put guests through this.
