The food choices were a little limited, but the cocktails were superb and priced like any outside restaurant. We came with friends for a quiet evening because places in Bangalore are getting loud and busy. Every table was available, and the evening was peaceful with great service.

Ms. Rita Harikant at the FO Desk was courteous and gave excellent service. Staff like her deserve encouragement from management. I stayed in Room# 710. I’m still waiting for management to respond to my complaint about the tariff. No one explained when quoting it that breakfast wasn't included. I was only told at check-in, even though I thought hotels included BF in their tariffs. There was no transparency about the price.

The Sunday Brunch spread was satisfying, with comfortable, roomy seating and a pleasant atmosphere. The chef and serving team were attentive to what guests needed, making it a five-star dining experience. After a decade of dining out in whitefield, my family and I had a special Sunday brunch at Four points by Sheraton. Plenty of parking was a big plus.

For business trips, this is a good place to stay, with good quality food, professional housekeeping, and friendly staff. Since it’s a Marriott property, I expected something a bit more upmarket. Even so, it covers everything I need for a pleasant visit, and I recommend it.

The team made sure everything went smoothly, with attentive, professional service and excellent hospitality. We had a fantastic time at Four Points by Sheraton. The food was excellent too, and I’d highly recommend the venue for celebrations and special occasions.
