The place wasn't tidy, and the toilet commode wasn't even properly fixed to the floor. There weren't any hotel amenities, not even basics like a towel or soap, and there wasn't a mirror either. The TV and AC didn't work, and there was no room service. A pretty bad stay. I wouldn't recommend it for families or friends.
The bed and amenities were good, but the management and staff weren't very supportive. The hotel is in a residential area that didn't feel safe to me, and it seems like a small residential building turned into a hotel.
They charged an extra 150/- for sanitization, yet gave us a bedsheet that had already been used. There was no mirror, chair, table, or wardrobe, and they didn't provide a bathroom kit or water bottle. OYO should block this property immediately, in my view.
The staff behave very badly, and you can end up paying a lot beyond the booking price in extra charges. The place does have rooms where you can stop to stay, but there's no lift, no place to dry clothes, and no laundry facility.
I booked through Oyo, but when I arrived they pressured me to cancel. It was 11.55 at night, so I felt I had no choice. After I cancelled, they charged me 800, even though my Oyo booking had been 700 and included COVID-19 Insurance.
