Bloom Hotel - Brookefield

My husband travels often for work and prefers Bloom Hotels, so I’d only heard about Bloom stays from him before today. Now I’ve experienced one myself and I’m super impressed. Reception, assistance, check-in, staff, service, and cleanliness all get 5/5 from me. Responses were prompt, service was quick, and the staff were great. How hospitable the whole stay felt matters a lot, and this was 5/5. It’s easy to reach from the road, and especially well located if you need public transport.

We spent almost 14 days at Bloom Hotel and were comfortable throughout. The staff were courteous and supportive, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Thanks to the restaurant team for their commendable service, and especially to Swapna, who was attentive and polite every day. Her warm, professional hospitality made the stay more pleasant. It was a comfortable, memorable visit, and I’m grateful to the whole Bloom Hotel team.

I stayed here for 13 days, and the room was always clean, fresh, hygienic, and well maintained. Housekeeping was quick and efficient, keeping everything arranged without delay. Swapna served breakfast each morning with a warm smile, and her friendly manner gave each day a positive start. The breakfast had amazing taste and variety every single day, while the staff consistently made sure I was comfortable. A wonderful stay with excellent service, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The convenient location made my 6-day visit even better, and the stay exceeded what I expected. My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Service was excellent. I’d happily come back and recommend the hotel to others.
