The setting is peaceful and the rooms are new. There was no heater in the toilet.

I stayed for eight days and loved it. The room was great, with working AC, hot water, and a balcony I really liked. The sheets were a little dirty, but manageable, and they changed them when I asked. The area is quiet, maybe too lonely. Walking or staying there alone felt risky, and there aren't many shops nearby. You have to go to the main road, though it's not far. There's an ATM right outside the hotel. Breakfast was good but cost extra. The room is a bit pricey, so booking early might help. If you want a quiet place away from the city, it's a good fit. My stay was memorable, and I'd definitely return.

My guests arrived at the hotel on 27th after I'd booked their rooms for 26th, and were told everything was full, even though Oyo had confirmed the booking. The owner showed no courtesy, and Oyo customer care took no action beyond saying they'd find another property. If a stay is confirmed, the hotel should honor it. Oyo says bookings are 100% controlled by them, but the owner apparently decides whether rooms are full or empty. A really bad experience. I wouldn't recommend pre-booking here or trusting Oyo.

I came for a two-day conference after booking and paying through OYO. I had traveled 450km from home, but at reception they said they don't accept OYO bookings. The 'respected' manager said it wasn't his problem that the hotel appeared on OYO and I'd paid there. I'd booked an AC 2x room for around 840/-, but they wanted me to cancel and rebook for 1500 rupees. I refused. Why can't I get the room I've already paid for? If they don't take OYO bookings, why list the hotel there? This is ridiculous, and I can't give zero stars.
