Hello Inn

They let us check out a little late, which I appreciated. I had a really nice one-day stay, and the staff were polite and courteous. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Returning from work in the evening, I found the room hadn't been serviced: no cleaning, fresh towels, or water bottles. There was no handwash in the washroom either, and the toilet layout was badly designed and uncomfortable. I asked for an iron, was told it would be brought up, then waited three hours before having to remind them. The TV didn't work, and there was no mirror in the toilet. Getting into the room was a hassle from the start. The card key for Room 507 didn't work, and neither did the manual key the receptionist gave me. I had to make three trips between the fifth floor and reception before they moved me to Room G4. In that room, they said to dial “100” for the front office, but there was no phone or intercom, so I had to walk to reception for every small request. The staff seemed poorly coordinated and basic hotel operations weren't handled properly. Instead of feeling comfortable, I was frustrated at every turn. I regret choosing Hello INN By VYDA and would strongly advise people to look elsewhere unless management and service improve drastically.

Bubli chouhan at the Hotel inn by vyda front office was very polite. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with fresh bed linen and towels and the amenities arranged properly. Housekeeping was excellent, and the room stayed comfortable throughout our stay 🥰🥰

In the middle of the Whitefield area, this hotel is superbly located to serve guests. It's pocket friendly, and the staff are friendly. Must try.
