Please don’t book here, especially online. We reserved two rooms through an app, but the reception said they wouldn’t honor online bookings and refused responsibility for the reservation. Although the app showed more than eight reservations for the hotel, they still wouldn’t give us rooms. At night, my family and I were left standing outside while they pushed us to book in person and pay again. The person described as the manager and building owner warned and threatened us, acted in a rowdy way, and treated us like we were uncultured. They seem to run the same hotel under different names, including Sree Durga residency. Families, be careful and avoid booking online here.

The rooms were neat, clean, and cozy, and the staff were friendly and honest. I loved staying here and would recommend it to others. I’d be glad to visit again.

I’m very happy I chose this hotel for my visits to Bangalore. The rooms are hygienic, couples are welcome, and the staff are really friendly, kind, and easy to deal with. Great experience. I’m from bijapur, my name is Vinod. Thank you, Heritage team. 😍💕
