I paid online for a room through OYO, but when I got there they asked for another 1000. I told them I’d already paid, and they said to call customer care and cancel the booking. The manager and receptionist were the worst, and it was an awful experience. Please don’t book rooms on Oyo or go to this unsafe place.

I booked through OYO and confirmed by phone, but when I arrived they asked for more than twice my booking price. I had booked an A/C room on OYO, but they gave me a non ac room instead. The reception staff behaved very poorly and unprofessionally. This isn’t a good hotel and should be removed from online sites.

We booked through the goibibo app, but when we arrived to check in, they said no room was available at that price. They insisted we cancel the booking and pay more cash directly for another room. Very bad experience. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, and online bookings here seem unreliable. If you still want to stay, go directly and book at the hotel.

The rooms were untidy, and there were lots of bedbugs. Way too expensive for that kind of stay.

I feel safe staying here, which is why this will be my seventh visit. It works for meetings, family, friends, and couples.
