Hotel BNS Comforts By Agira Hotels

We were asked to pay an extra Rs. 830 despite having prepaid, because we had no time or option to look for another hotel. The whole situation was stressful and disappointing. I’d booked expecting an easy check-in, but Fab Hotels and BNS Comforts had a pricing or contract dispute, and the hotel refused to check us in. This wasn’t something a customer should have to deal with. My father had just been discharged after surgery and was in pain, yet he had to wait almost two hours while the argument was worked out. The delay and lack of empathy were unacceptable. Fab Hotels should take responsibility, coordinate better with partner properties, and stop putting customers through this, especially in medical emergencies.

Mr. Subrath and Mr. Shivakumar took care of everything while I was there, and I really appreciated that. The place was very clean and hygienic, and the staff were friendly and courteous. I’d recommend staying here to friends who need a place in this location.

The service was terrible, and there’s no car parking. I was first booked at a different location, then my booking was changed to another hotel as they requested. The bedsheets there were very dirty, with lots of fluid marks. It felt very unhygienic.

Cockroaches were running around, and one got into the paper bag holding food I was about to eat. There was other people’s hair on the dirty bedsheets too. This was the worst hotel experience.
