I stayed one night at this 5-star hotel and found it comfortable and pleasant overall. The room was cozy and clean, with the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, and Mr.sam was helpful. If you're after a no-frills, budget-friendly hotel in a good location, this could be a good option. Thank you very much, Mr.sam 😊
The atmosphere was clean, and the breakfast they provide was good. The price is reasonable, too. Shiva, the front office manager, was helpful and supportive, and gave good service.
Bestinn Keys, Bangalore was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a calm, professional atmosphere. Mr. Sanjay Gupta(General Manager) showed excellent leadership and hospitality, with real attention to guest comfort. Raju was also extremely helpful, polite, and prompt, and his warm manner made my stay more comfortable. Staff behavior, service quality, and management were outstanding. I'd recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay again.
Mr.Sam Manager deserves a special thank you. We had a great time here, with friendly staff who made a real effort to keep us comfortable. Our room was spotless and roomy, the décor was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and tasted delicious. I’d happily recommend it.
