The front desk manager behaved very badly, and the service was poor. They wrote one checkout time in the check-in book, then argued later that I’d said another. The book said 5 PM, and I confirmed I would leave then, but they claimed I’d said 4 PM and that they’d already cleaned the room. The AC also shuts off by itself after 10 minutes. Rent is far too high for this room and service, and you can easily find a much better room for less. Don’t come here.

Baksh boss, you’re great. My room gave me a five-star experience, with excellent service, good staff, and a nice location. I loved it and will come back again. Thanks for everything, and good luck!

The rooms were clean and comfortable during my week there. Shiva at reception was a big help, and I’d come back.

I spent 18 days here last month and had a great stay in the new city. The food was nice, the rooms felt very pleasant, and the hospitality was wonderful. Bilal at the front office was especially good, and owner Baksh was very decent. I hope to stay here again on a future business trip. Well recommended.

The rooms are decent, but the front office staff speak to guests very rudely. They need to learn to communicate politely.
