There’s a vegetarian hotel just below, in the same building. The staff were friendly and willing to help, though you had to ask. My room was nice, but it wasn’t well maintained: other-floor maintenance work was going on, the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and I had to request a sheet change after check-in. The AC wasn’t working; they tried to fix it, but the room temperature stayed at 27 degrees.

The geyser was sparking, a serious safety issue, but when we complained Shri Niwas told us to “let it be” and ignore it instead of fixing it. There were too many mosquitoes, and our room didn’t even have proper bedsheets. Terrible maintenance and poor service. The worst hotel I’ve seen, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The room was clean, the mattresses excellent, and reception was nice. It was very quiet. A tea and coffee machine near reception would be nice for customers. Regards, Amitabh.

The ACs in most rooms didn’t work in the sweltering heat, and the hotel still couldn’t fix them the next day. I had to move to a smaller room. The linen was dirty and torn despite multiple reminders to the manager. Avoid this property.
10/10
The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff were polite and behaved well. There may be an AC problem they’re working on, but otherwise the hotel was good.
