The location is the property’s strongest point. There were only 20 rooms, yet not enough staff to manage them, so service was slow and delayed. I also had to wait 2-3 hours at reception for a room when I asked for an early check-in. Payment options at checkout need improvement too. For a flagship property, I expected better service and amenities, but what’s provided is just the basics: TV, AC, and geyser. The furniture, chair or stool, and cupboard weren’t up to the mark. It could work for solo travellers and backpackers, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a leisure trip or a full family.
