Hotel Lenexa By Bestinn Leisure

Mr. SK and his team, especially Ali, made our stay comfortable by being courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. They took care of our needs and went out of their way to make things easy. Their warm, professional service made the visit smooth and enjoyable. The property is well maintained too, and I’d recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay and excellent service.

Hotel Lenexa By Bestinn Leisure in Bangalore exceeded my expectations. The location is handy for work in Whitefield or Mahadevapura, within walking distance of the Metro Station and close to Bagmane Tech Park. Phoenix Marketcity and VR Bengaluru are about 1 km away for shopping and dining. The room felt new and was very clean, with crisp linens and soundproof windows that made for a peaceful night despite the busy city. A smart TV with OTT apps already installed and high-speed Wi-Fi made downtime enjoyable. There was also a mini-fridge, tea and coffee maker, and a useful workspace, which would suit business travelers. Check-in was smooth, room service was responsive, and staff handled everything with a smile. I tried in-room dining and the buffet breakfast, both fresh and flavorful, and served promptly. It felt like a 5-star experience at a 3-star price. I’d highly recommend it for business or a quick city getaway.

Service was consistently good, and the hotel had clean rooms and a calm atmosphere with professional staff. Special thanks to SK from housekeeping, who was attentive and polite and kept everything very clean throughout the stay. I really appreciated the effort.

I normally don't post reviews, but I'm only on day two of a seven-day booking and need to mention what's happened. There was a dead bug in the sheets when I opened the bed cover on arrival, even though the room was meant to be freshly prepared for a new guest. Then the AC quit on the second night. I called and went to reception several times, but still had to sleep in the heat. I asked for the room to be cleaned this morning; four hours later, nobody had come. Staff have promised things without following through, and I regret booking seven days. I'm not looking forward to the five days left. I'm surprised by all the positive reviews.
