When I visited their restaurant on 27/4/2026, I saw a family who were well dressed get fresh, hot breakfast while I was served cold idlies from the buffet table. They give different quality breakfasts to different people, and I strongly object to this kind of treatment. From Dr L J N

I've been here twice for customer meetings and had breakfast and coffee. The food tasted good and the place was well maintained, but the waiters weren't customer friendly. Once they asked us to get up from our seats so they could swob the floor 😕

I was extremely disappointed by the receptionist and security staff. My wife was pregnant and urgently needed the restroom, but even after I asked politely, they wouldn't let us use the common facilities and sent us to a public toilet instead. That lack of basic humanity is deeply concerning. If they couldn't show consideration in a situation like this, I have serious concerns about how they treat customers and guests.

The room itself is good once booked, and morning breakfast is provided through room service. But staying here is very costly, 3.5 K per day with breakfast, and we are staying 15 days.
