Hotel O Together

Had a great stay. The hotel is couple friendly, and the hospitality was good.

Seeing the room in person, I didn’t like the place and decided to cancel. make my trip refunded the full amount, but the manager took our luggage and pressured us to pay anyway. I ended up calling the Police over their behavior and still had to pay 500/- for nothing, without even staying. Choosing this hotel was a terrible mistake.

The hygiene was way below average. The tap didn’t work, and the curtains were dirty, with what looked like week-old fingerprints. The rooms also fell well short of the usual OYO standard. When I checked out 40 minutes late, the receptionist, or possibly the owner, demanded extra money even though OYO policy allows an hour as complimentary. He called the police and accused me of not paying. Even after I explained the policy, the police told us to pay 200 because it was less, or they threatened to take us to the station. I didn’t want to escalate things, so I paid and left. I’d never recommend this OYO, and couples should stay away.

The mattresses were hard, and the pillow covers and bedspreads looked old and faded. The bathroom wasn’t clean, had rust and dust all over, and stank, apparently because of bore water salt deposits. They also leave the stair lights off after dark. There’s a lot that could be improved. I’d call this an average hotel for men only, not somewhere I’d recommend to families because of hygiene and safety concerns. My room’s balcony door had no lock. When I told staff, they brushed it off as no threat. After I complained more than five times, I got moved to a different room a couple of days into my three-day stay.
