Hotel Ozone

We tried the vegetarian food and thought it tasted great. Both veg and non-veg options are available, and the prices are on the high side, though the food was satisfying. The garden restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, good service, and a separate family section. Drinks are available in the other section. A nice spot for lunch with friends or family.

The one useful thing about this hotel is its location near the embassy and visa application center. Getting there from Majestic bus stand or the main railway station was difficult, though. Cab drivers didn’t seem to know it, and we ended up outside Garuda mall. The mall security couldn’t guide us either, so Google was the thing that got us there. The surrounding area is a slum and didn’t feel safe for a family stay. There was noise all night, and no good restaurants nearby. Service was poor, and the price was too high for what was offered. The staircase is narrow, there’s no lift, and the bathroom was unhygienic with no hot water.

The service was good, and the hotel is right on M.G road. The rooms, though, felt quite old, with worn-out things, and they didn’t provide clean sheets or clean the room. At around 2k a night, it also seemed a bit costly.

Look for another hotel at this price. The bed was only average, and the washroom wasn’t working properly, including the toilet flush. The staff had no manners and didn’t know how to speak to customers. I wouldn’t book here again.
