Bed bugs were all over the room, so I couldn’t even sit without worrying about bites. I didn’t sleep at all that night. The room was in terrible condition and nowhere near what I’d expect for the price. It felt neglected and unhygienic, and the whole stay left me questioning my lifestyle choices. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had, and I’d choose a bench, a platform, or anywhere else over coming back. I’d strongly tell people to avoid it and not make the same mistake. I know this review might not change anything, but I hope nobody else becomes another scapegoat here. I genuinely mean it when I say this stay traumatized me. Throwing your money in a river would be better.

The A/C didn’t work. Even though our online booking had been confirmed, they gave us a different room at check-in. The next day, they moved us again without asking and handled all our belongings while shifting them.

The room smelled foul and suffocating. There were insects all over the bed and room, and the floors were covered in mud, so I couldn’t walk barefoot.

We checked out within 10 minutes. Room 104’s washroom wasn’t properly clean, and there were too many cockroaches in the bed in 301. It was such an unhygienic, awful experience, the worst of my life, and I’ll never visit again. They didn’t provide towels or shampoo even after we asked several times. The front office person was rude and undisciplined.

I paid 1500/- a day for a room that wasn’t properly cleaned, though online I saw it listed at 850/- per day. The service was bad, especially from the receptionist Prabhu C. He acts like a good person, but I felt he used that to cheat customers. The bathroom glass and shower were broken, and the TV didn’t work. Overall, it felt fake and like a scam.
