Hotel Palm Suite

The staff were awful. The room was filthy, the bed was dirty, and the window was broken. This was the worst hotel I've ever visited.

On my first stay, I booked three days with my wife and ended up staying only because there were no other rooms nearby. Even though I paid in full, they wouldn't refund anything. I then extended for two more days. When I came back from a movie at 2 am on the third night with my phone switched off, the counter guy accused me in front of my wife of trying to leave without paying. He hadn't even checked our room, where all our luggage was. His childish behavior made me answer him firmly. I booked a second time only because my designer friends were arriving early and needed somewhere to freshen up before work. Their names were on the registration form for the double occupancy room, but when they got there, the same counter guy wouldn't let even one of them in. I came down to talk and he was rude before I could say anything. I left straight away and spoke to him in the same tone he used with me. Both bookings at Hotel Palm Suites were terrible. The rooms weren't hygienic, the bathrooms were badly maintained for the price, and the AC didn't work properly. The Mallu guy at the counter was extremely rude and acted as if providing service was a favor. Poor hygiene, broken amenities, and the worst customer service I've experienced. If you're looking for somewhere nearby, don't choose this hotel.

I left feeling relaxed and refreshed after the Delux A C service. The setting was luxurious and comfortable, with beautiful scenic views. The staff were welcoming and friendly, which made the whole visit even better. A must-try if you're after premium service with a personal touch.

The room we were moved into at 11 AM was only superficially refurbished. Water covered the bathroom, dripped down the walls, and there was black grime on the tiles. The ventilation system looked unhygienic, and the so-called balcony faced a dump with visible feces nearby. We checked out soon after and were charged ₹1600 for a non-AC room, the same rate as the AC room we had booked. The price felt unjustified given the condition and the mismatch with what was promised. We had booked an AC room with early check-in at Palm Suites, SG Palya, Bangalore, but were first given a filthy non-AC room. We were told to wait until 11 AM for a proper room to be cleaned after the previous guest checked out.
