Hotel Suprabatha

I work in hotel management, and guests have a basic right to be fully informed about their stay. At check-in last night, we were told that breakfast was complimentary for all of us. But when we went to the buffet this morning, one member of our group was treated rudely. There was no basic courtesy or respect, and the staff judged the guest based on their profession. It’s very disappointing that people still behave this way. We received no apology. I hope this never works out for people like this.

I’d give this property zero stars. We found a stain on the bedsheet and were charged 1200 for it. The reception staff, older men, handled it in a deeply unprofessional and rude way. They brought the stained clothes down and showed them to us while speaking sarcastically, even though we hadn’t refused to pay. They have no basic sense of how to handle a sensitive issue. This place isn’t recommended for couples.

Even the so-called luxury suites were unhygienic and not worth the price. The place is poorly maintained, and cleanliness is very bad, so it’s definitely not for anyone particular about hygiene. When I asked for an extra bed, it was dirty and in terrible condition.

Conveniently located near the metro, KSR railway station, Majestic bus stand, Mantri mall, AMB cinema, and aishwarya mall. A very nice hotel.
