The weak point was the hot water. There was only a little, and it was lukewarm for a bath. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean and luxurious, the accommodation was great, and breakfast was included. The front desk staff were especially helpful with the cleaning staff and workers, and the hospitality and service were excellent.

I had to carry my bags to the room with my driver because no service boy came to help at reception. At the front desk, the cashier kept ringing for 4-5 minutes and nobody answered. Reception service was disappointing and unhelpful. Very bad service.

The rooms are very good, but the front desk interaction was poor. The person there seemed more like a security guard, had little English, and didn't know how to speak to guests with basic courtesy. I'm surprised the hotel put him at reception. I ask management to look into it and take appropriate action.

Room prices could perhaps come down. The washroom maintenance also needs more work.

It was a nice stay, and I'd recommend it to everyone. Mr. Shailesh was very helpful.
