Five months after I moved out, the company still has my security deposit, and there’s nowhere to raise the issue. Don’t trust Housr. The property is run down, the website photos are fake, and the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Property manager Abir is always unresponsive and unhelpful. The sales manager also disappeared after I confirmed the booking. The services they promise are poor. Laundry is late and low quality, and the drinking water has the same problem. House rules make no sense, and there’s no escalation process or complaint channel that gets things resolved. The appliances and furniture are old and broken. Don’t choose this place if you value your money and peace of mind.

A peaceful stay and really responsive staff. A great option if you want hassle-free living.

The rooms were very good, with useful amenities and a great location. Staff were quick to respond. Housr has put together a wonderful place.

I arrived for a 7 am check-in and ended up waiting on the road for an hour. Nobody called or answered, and when the receptionist finally came, he said he hadn’t heard about my booking. Another hour and a half passed before we got into the room. The sheets were shabby, the bathroom was dirty, and the cupboard still had liquor bottles left by previous guests. He didn’t give me a key card either, saying he’d bring it later before walking off. As a woman travelling alone, I felt freaked out and left just an hour after checking in. There was no hospitality at all. I’d never recommend this place to anyone 😞

The team managed the place nicely, and I had a great stay in this beautiful property. One of the best places to live in HSR.
