We booked two rooms for five people ten days ahead, but when we arrived at 11:00 PM, none had been assigned to us. The staff were rude and offered no proper explanation. They even told us to leave in the middle of the night. In the end, all five of us had to squeeze into one room. There was no extra bed or even blankets. It was stressful and very uncomfortable, with no hospitality or professionalism from the staff. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping stops after 4 PM, the menu is tiny and dull, and the food is below average. The receptionist and several other staff were rude, as if helping guests was a favor. For what they charge, the service is a joke and the stay was a waste of money. Avoid it if you don’t want your trip ruined. Most of the positive reviews look fake or paid to me. We’d already paid for the bedsheet stain, but the staff’s disgraceful behavior still wasn’t acknowledged. Instead, they blamed us and tried to gaslight paying guests. Your response is useless. Completely unacceptable.

The infrastructure is good, but the cleanliness was awful. Everything was dusty, the bed had a stain and clearly hadn’t been washed, and the sofa was dusty too. We had to ask for toiletries and drinking water because nothing had been set up. When we offered to come collect the items after being told staff weren’t available, they took the charge and brought them to us. This was my second stay. The first was when the place was newly built, and it was genuinely good, so I decided to return. The staff seem new now, and the hotel has gone downhill instead of improving. Breakfast used to have lots of variety, but there weren’t many options this time. No one was there to help with our luggage either. They set a good standard on my first visit, so I expected the same or better. This stay was disappointing.

We needed a kitchenette and got one, with all the cooking utensils and a small electric stove. The rooms are nice, and breakfast on the fifth floor was delicious. It’s a great hotel for the price. If you need a place in this part of Bangalore, I’d recommend it.
