jüSTa Off MG Road

The room size was okay, but the price felt too high for the service. I booked a suite, then had to shift to a deluxe room because the suite had an electrical fault. The lift was out for two days, and my room was on the fourth floor. There was no room service either. Housekeeping staff were good, but the reception managers were irresponsible. The reception was often unmanned because staff had a room behind it, and intercom responses were very poor. The manager Ajay was confused and spoke badly. The reception area AC was broken for all three days I stayed. This is a poorly managed service apartment, not a star hotel, despite some websites ridiculously showing it as four-star.

The food was the standout, everything we ordered was genuinely delicious, including breakfast. Justa Off MG Road in Bangalore was quiet and comfortable, a great fit for a relaxed trip, and the service stayed good throughout. I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

I booked a room by phone for my guest and discussed everything at length, with the reservation confirmed. Later I was told there was no reservation at all, and the reception was off that day. I hope people can be more professional about this. People travelling for days need a nearby, reliable place to rest, and this definitely wasn’t it. The place and staff were unkept, and the lack of responsibility made for an extremely poor experience. I’d tell everyone to avoid it.

The room was clean and nice, and worth what I paid. MG Road is the nearest metro station. Since the hotel is in the heart of the city, places like Church Street, Lavelle road and garuda mall are all within 2.5 kms.
