The location worked well for getting to major attractions, and the hotel felt convenient for either business or leisure. I found the room spacious and well kept, with the essentials in place. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, which made the stay feel comfortable. King Residency strikes a nice balance of cleanliness and comfort.

The room wasn’t clean or tidy, and the staff’s rude, unprofessional manner made an already frustrating stay worse. I checked in on the 23rd and was told I had 24 hours, but when I went to the front desk today they said it was only 12. That inconsistency is unacceptable. I’d like the matter looked into, with accurate information and better service from staff, and I’d appreciate a refund or compensation for the inconvenience. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and resolved promptly.

The bathroom door wouldn’t lock, there was no proper shower or toilet, and even after I told them, there was no water. Hot water came in tiny amounts, about two mugs at a time, then I had to wait for it to heat again. The room was dirty and looked haunted. The lift was broken and there was no TV. Never think about booking king residency.

Not a good place for a day or two with friends. After I booked, the staff changed things on their own and then asked for extra money. When there were changes, they messaged me through the booking app instead of contacting my own number.

The bed, duvet, and bedsheet were all covered in dirt, and the floor was filthy too. When we asked them to change things and clean, they said everything there was like that. The floor wasn’t even mopped properly. Really bad room, no neatness or cleanliness at all. Zero stars from me.
