The restaurant staff were courteous, which was the one good thing. The rooms were extremely small, and the room freshener was very pungent. Tea tasted awful and cost a lot. The buffet was 1500+ taxes per person, with barely anything edible, and the food was really bad. Service was poor, and basic toiletries only arrived after I asked. It was a total waste of 5.5k for one room. Overhyped and overpriced, not worth the price, and the pictures are very deceptive. Please book another hotel.

The food quality was awesome, though I’m not sure whether the menu changes each day. I came for my college's alumni meet up, where we had brunch and booked a meeting hall. The hall and waiting area were good, and lunch and service were good too.

The arrangements for the birthday party a couple of weeks ago were really good, but the main thing, the food, was disappointing. The starters were the only items we liked, and the rice was good too. The main course curries and rotis weren't great. For such a big restaurant, the food level was below par. The ice cream was actually frozen dessert, not ice cream. How can a big hotel sell cheap frozen dessert in the name of ice cream?

The rooms were good, and breakfast had a delicious spread. I tried North Indian food at the restaurant for lunch and liked it a lot. They also offered a bicycle for free to ride around or explore nearby, which was very helpful.

I asked for a non-smoking room, stressing that I needed it urgently at 4:20pm, but after a wait they assigned me a smoking room. Nobody bothered to confirm the change in preference. I had to ask for cleaning almost every day. Hand towels were in short supply and unavailable.
