The whole Lemon Tree Premier team worked hard to make our month-long stay with my children memorable. The food was consistently amazing, and Sarath deserves special thanks for the wonderful meals. Dhanpati was careful and efficient about understanding and meeting our needs. Hotel Manager Pradeep was a special part of the experience. He was available 24×7, visible in the lobby, and always approachable, so we never had to look for him. I’ve travelled across the world, and it’s rare these days to find a manager so hands-on. His hospitality was top-notch: empathetic, quick to resolve things, often within five minutes, and he took genuine ownership. We always felt looked after and at home. Having a gem like him adds another star to the hotel. Thank you to the entire Lemon Tree Premier team for an outstanding experience.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the staff and front desk were nice and polite where they could be. But the suite wasn’t ready when I arrived, and the temporary room they arranged wasn’t cleaned well. Laundry service was poor; my clothes weren’t cleaned. The Wi-Fi failed and support was limited. Nobody asked how I was doing or whether I was comfortable.
I booked a room the day before, for one night, but a personal emergency meant I couldn’t travel the next morning. The hotel said cancellation and refund weren’t possible. Since I’d booked only six hours before having to cancel, I feel they could have been reasonable, or at least offered a new date or credit note. I won’t book again or recommend it.
This stay was one issue after another. The bathroom drainage was poor, so shower water overflowed into the rest of the bathroom, and there was no waste bin. Toiletries were supplied for only one person, despite the room being charged as “two adults”. The Wi-Fi didn’t work when we arrived in the room. It took repeated calls and follow-ups to get it partly fixed, and it remained unreliable. Room service didn’t answer, so I contacted the front desk. They said someone would come take our order, but after 30 minutes nobody arrived, and I went out to eat. When I mentioned it on my way out, they treated it like a minor inconvenience rather than a service failure. I booked through MakeMyTrip and accidentally selected one adult instead of two. At check-in with my wife, the front desk insisted on an extra charge because the booking showed one adult, even though we had the same room and bed and hadn’t chosen breakfast. They showed no flexibility and just said “policy”. I paid and told them it would be my first and last stay. Two minutes later, the same person tried to sign me up for their rewards program. The irony was hard to miss. The front desk was inflexible, Wi-Fi useless, room service unreachable, and basics were missing. To be fair, the property has decent artwork and feels “new”. It’s away from the main town, which some may find peaceful and others inconvenient. But nice paintings don’t make up for poor hospitality, rigid policies, and broken basics. If hospitality matters to you more than wall art, look elsewhere. They should train staff in basic empathy, fix the Wi-Fi and drainage, and get the fundamentals right before promoting a rewards program.
Room service was prompt and satisfactory, and the food was decent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, though the washrooms felt a little cramped. The staff’s attitude could be better; at times their replies felt unwelcoming and somewhat careless, which brought down the experience. More attentiveness and better hospitality would have made the stay much more pleasant.
