They demanded the full amount even though the sheets were stained when we first entered the room. What nerve. The experience was awful, and it felt like a scam. Don't book this hotel.

We were only an hour late after booking, but they still charged us the full amount. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful, and customer service was nowhere to be found. I'd strongly advise against booking here.

A simple, quiet hotel with clean rooms, and good value for the money.

The rooms themselves are pretty decent, but management and staff made this the worst stay. Check-in and checkout took ages, and I've never seen another hotel deduct 350rs from a deposit for laundry just because a little water spilled on the bed. They'll charge for another full day if checkout is half an hour late after 24 hours. Yet if you need to leave between midnight and 5:00 AM, they say room service is asleep and nobody can open the main gate, so you're forced to leave by 11:00 PM. That can mean missing a flight or train, or losing nearly 12 hours of room charges. Their rules mean paying a whole day's amount for being late, but if you want to leave after 11:00 PM, you have to wait until 7:00 AM or give up at least six hours to travel at midnight. I've never experienced service this poor.
