Olive Zip Kalyan Nagar by Embassy Group

The room is spacious, but the bed is hard, the sheets are very old, and the toilet bowl wasn't clean. Service was the poorest I've experienced. The website says rooms are cleaned daily, but nobody cleaned mine. I requested it, went out, and still found the room untouched when I came back at night. No water was supplied, and the leaking tap wasn't fixed even after I reported it. I will never stay here again. You can get better places for this price.

The hotel service was responsive and good, and the deluxe room was excellent for three people. I stayed for three days and found lots of nearby food options on Swiggy and zomato, but they wouldn't bring orders to the room or help get them upstairs. I was on the fourth floor, so going down every time was hard. That's the only downside. Good value for money and I'd recommend it, but I'd prefer a ground-floor room 🤪

We travelled from another state and found there was no water at all in the bathroom. It took two hours to resolve, so we couldn't get the rest we needed. The manager wasn't even apologetic, and the receptionist rolled her eyes. There was no compensation, and we felt mentally harassed. The photos look aesthetic, but the rooms don't even have basic utilities like a table and water. It wasn't worth what they charged.

The room was well equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the room boys gave excellent service. The front desk team, two women and one man, were courteous and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. It was a truly pleasant stay and rare to find service at this level. Keep up the good work.
