Inside, it’s nice, but outside is awful and the location is bad. The bus stand makes it noisy, and it gets very crowded at night.

We had a great time here. The service was great, and the rooms were clean and good.

The reception staff were very poor, and the room was in bad shape. It seems like nobody is interested in running the place professionally.

Even though I booked through mybookings in advance and arrived on time, there was no room available. The staff's behavior was unsatisfactory too, and it disrupted my whole plan. I’d hardly recommend this place.

The bathroom was filthy, with broken sanitary fixtures, and the toilet, basin, and washroom area were dirty. There were insects everywhere. The receptionist and the caretaker who cleans the room were rude and aggressive. They picked fights for no reason, even when I stayed calm and polite. A complete disaster. No one should choose this hotel, even by mistake.
