My check-in was smooth and comfortable thanks to the front office staff member, who was polite, helpful, and professional. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

Umain, the manager, was especially welcoming and polite. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was kept in very good condition. I really enjoyed staying here and will come back when I'm back in Bangalore.

We picked this hotel at random for our family's three-day stop in Bangalore, and the price, hygiene, and service from the front office lady were all excellent. I'm not sure why some people called it terrible or poor. I'd recommend giving it a try and supporting them so they can keep it up.

The hotel itself may be good, but the morning receptionist made our stay awful. She was arrogant and demanding, spoke without considering who she was addressing or what she was saying, and even made blunt threats to evict us and force us to check out. We were paying guests staying there as a family.
