Nirvana Club Resort and Spa

We booked Nirvana Club Resort for a Blue Star Company event, but the constant delays threw our schedule off. The team wasn't ready for a corporate event. Room setup, meals, and technical support all came late, which affected how the event went. We were also hit with extra charges that nobody had mentioned beforehand. Management brushed us off when we questioned the fees. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, and some amenities were broken or unavailable, adding to the frustration. The service was poor and the resort wasn't well maintained. I wouldn't choose it for a work event or a personal stay. It made for a very disappointing experience.

The location is the one thing this resort has going for it. Check-in was slow and chaotic, with long queues and employees who seemed confused. The staff also came across as poorly trained and unmotivated. During the stay, our room wasn't cleaned properly. We asked several times, but housekeeping didn't sort it out. Basic amenities were missing, and the staff didn't seem to care about our complaints. The pool and gym were closed for maintenance or in bad shape, with no warning that they might not be available. Food and service at the restaurant were both disappointing. When we asked for a manager, we got excuses and indifference instead of help. Poor management dragged down what could have been a nice stay in a well located resort. I wouldn't recommend it unless things improve.

We felt uncomfortable and unsafe after seeing resort management get into an argument with another guest. It escalated into shouting and aggressive behavior, disrupting the atmosphere for everyone. The managers could have handled the guest's concerns calmly, but instead made a scene. When we told staff how uneasy the incident had made us, they were dismissive and showed little sympathy. Guest safety and satisfaction didn't seem to matter to them. Our stay at Nirvana Resort in Electronic City was deeply affected by the way management behaved.

The place was clean and well kept, but there wasn't much to do besides swimming and getting a massage. The massage was only average and didn't leave me feeling relaxed. Food was pricey and tasted average. We paid 3000 for a deluxe room, which felt very small. I visited with my husband for a special day.
