The 24-hour check-in arrangement is especially useful for an early arrival, because the stay is counted from the time you check in. Be careful with online app bookings, though: they usually use an 11:00 AM check-in and 10:00 AM checkout, with the clock starting at 11:00 AM regardless of when you arrive. I'd contact reception directly to get the proper 24-hour benefit. I came from the airport around 5:00 AM with my family and child. At first reception said no rooms were available, but after I explained we were traveling with a child, the receptionist found us an A/C room. I appreciated that gesture. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the lift was useful with our luggage. About four people who came after us weren't offered rooms because they appeared drunk, which gave me the impression the hotel takes guest safety and the environment seriously. Parking is available outside and in the basement. On Rajkumar Road, a main road, the hotel felt secure and was easy to reach. It's also close to Malleswaram, Chickpet, and Majestic for shopping and travel. A clean, convenient stay that I'd recommend to families.
