Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road

Our four-night business trip at Novotel worked well for the whole family, including our 2-year-old baby girl. After long workdays, the evening lounge access and happy hours were a relaxing treat. The kids’ zone kept our baby happily occupied each day with drawing and play, and the well-maintained pool was another plus. At breakfast, Chanchal, Alam,Aditya and Sobina were especially helpful, bringing milk to our table and checking if we needed anything. Having breakfast with a baby can be tough, but their attention made it stress-free. The food selection and quality were very good as well. The in-room dining team were accommodating too. They thoughtfully made complimentary lunch and dinner for our baby, and brought milk whenever we asked, even around midnight. The staff took great care of us throughout, making the stay comfortable and memorable while meeting both our work and family needs. Highly recommended for families with young children.

We picked Novotel Outer Ring Road for a Mother’s Day staycation, and the city views from our high-rise room were stunning. Looking out toward the swimming pool gave the trip a calm, almost resort-like feel. As a **Platinum member**, I was surprised by the thoughtful touches, including a lovely Mother’s Day gift that made my wife feel really celebrated. The team made the occasion special from check-in onward. There was plenty for our son, Aayansh, to do. He loved the dedicated play area and the digital games near reception kept him happy throughout the stay. The buffet had a huge variety, and everything we ate was fresh and yummy. Thanks to the team for being such great hosts, especially Puja and Jagdish, as far as I remember, since they didn't ask for recognition 😁. For a premium staycation in Bangalore that works for families, this is definitely a place to consider.

I spent two weeks here and felt comfortable from the first night. The room was both luxurious and cozy, the welcome was relaxing, and I slept soundly, unlike at another 5-star hotel that had felt unsettling. I also had a great view of the road, nearby buildings, and the beautiful garden pool. Service was superb across the board. From housekeeping to reception and dining, people checked whether I needed anything and made an effort to help. The food was excellent, and they handled unexpected issues well. During a brief blackout, backup power came on within 2-3 seconds. There was one small mix-up when someone knocked on my door around 8 p.m. I called the front desk and they investigated right away, coming up to reassure me. It turned out the person had the wrong room number, and staff were very apologetic. I wasn't too bothered because I felt secure that nobody had meant to enter my room. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely come back.

Loved the central location, with good food and shops close by. The room was spotless, and check-in was easy. The staff were so warm and helpful, especially Tarun and Ujono. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast buffet. Had a fab stay and would happily recommend it and return!
