Octave Kings Suites

The photos are misleading, and the stained sheets were disgusting. I’d requested a non-smoking room when booking but was given a smoking one. There were gutka spit marks on the walls and spider webs, plus the bathroom stank from a plumbing problem. Its door wouldn’t stay shut and kept swinging open. There’s a bar at or next to the property, so loud music often goes on until 1am, though that part wasn’t a big issue for me personally.

The AC didn’t work during my stay, and even after six days there was no room service at all. The room was much smaller than advertised. It wasn’t extremely dirty, but cleanliness still fell short, and the hotel felt dirty and uncomfortable. I’ve attached photos showing its actual condition.

I checked out within ten minutes, and nobody even tried to give me a refund. The rooms are extremely dirty and unhygienic, with stained walls and beds. The pictures shown to guests are misleading. It looks like my earlier review was deleted, so I’m saying it again: I should get my money back because people are being cheated and misled. Save your money.

Rooms are small, suitable for only two people, but the location is good and the price is lower than other hotels nearby.
