The rooms are spacious and clean, and there are good food options nearby, so skipping the hotel's food isn't a problem. Room service and cleaning aren't very frequent, though, and the staff could be trained better. It's a basic OYO, suitable for a day or two of work in or around Hebbal.

The room was clean and neat, and the room boy was nice and well mannered. The front desk lady came across as unprofessional. It was also hard to identify the building because there's no signboard. Google Maps was the only way to recognize it, so they should put a board on the facade for customers.

The location was a bit hard to find, and I had to stay for seven days. They said the WiFi was available, but it didn't work, and the food was so low quality that I'd avoid room service. I also noticed bad odors coming from the plumbing around the pedestal sink and shower, which I guess don't have P-traps. The room itself was pretty good, with A/C, a TV, and a queen-size bed. Spacious and within budget, it would suit a one or two day stay.

For the price, it's a very good place to stay, and the rooms are decent. Service is pretty slow, though. There aren't many choices on the food menu, and a room service order can take quite a while to arrive.

We arrived late at night and found Hebbal convenient, since it's on the way from Bangalore International Airport to the city center. In the morning, getting a cab into the city was easy for our appointment. The area is safe, with restaurants and bars around, though it isn't especially lively. The room was clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and the location worked well for us. We booked a double room with breakfast through Trivago-Expedia for one night at Rs.1250 instead of Rs.2000. After our work the next day, we booked the same room for another night at Rs.850 with breakfast. It was a great deal. Thanks, OYO, we had a great stay.
