OYO 10324 Hotel Prince Inn

We were a family of nine and booked three rooms through BMC Holidays for one night on 06/07/19. In every room, we noticed a ceiling tile had been removed, which made us worry about privacy. The sheets had wet marks and smelled bad, and we waited until 10:30 pm for them to be changed. Whenever we called, we were told someone would come in a few minutes, but nobody showed up for a while. The TV didn't work, there was no hot water, and bath towels weren't provided. It was a horrible, unforgettable end to our holiday. I can't give this hotel any stars.

We booked this hotel because it was near Country Club Resort, where my wedding was, and our guests stayed there. Instead of making them comfortable, the hotel made them suffer. The manager was rude, had no manners, and spoke in a pathetic way. Even a regular waiter would have shown more decency. The owner seems to have left the hotel in poor hands and doesn't want anything to do with it. I don't know who appointed this uneducated manager. The good reviews look like they were written by the hotel's own people. Never book this place.

They served breakfast to our room at 7:30 am while I was still asleep, without telling us beforehand. The staff were overly familiar, and they kept pushing us to give the room a 5-star rating in the OYO app we booked through. We said no. They also didn't provide an invoice. The stay was okay, but it could have been better.

I only stayed one night, and it was a really bad experience. The manager asked us for extra money to stay. The room looked good at first, but the sheets and pillows were dirty and clearly hadn't been changed. I asked someone to come clean, and they took a long time to arrive and replace the sheets. The hotel staff seemed careless and not professional at all.
