I stayed for three days and had no complaints about the room or reception. The room was very nice, neat, and clean, and everything was good. I’d worried about some bad reviews, but the stay was great. This is a budget-friendly hotel. Other hotels I asked about were charging double for the same price as my three-day stay here. Some people write unnecessary reviews, I hope they’re nonsense. Go and see for yourself. Thank you for the humble hospitality.

I came from Manglore and checked the reviews before reaching the hotel. The negative ones put me off booking online, so I decided to inspect it and get a room in person. Once I saw the hotel, my view changed. It was really nice, with cooperative staff, and I had a good experience with the service. I asked the workers why people had left such reviews, and they told me a former staff member had written them. That upset me. Thanks to all the staff.

A really bad experience. There were flies and cockroaches around, and the hotel lacked basic amenities and cleanliness. It’s not family friendly at all.

I sent a friend here two days ago, and he said it was the worst hotel he'd ever seen.

Having Narayana Hospital nearby makes the HSR Layout location handy. We also got complimentary drinking water, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room itself was comfortable and roomy.
