The reception service was good, but I really disliked the room. It was small, and the bathroom was broken and awful. Part of the ceiling had been covered with cardboard. The light switch was jammed, the door lock didn’t work properly, and the building and lift were old.

The price was good, and we’d agreed on 100 chairs. Then, the day before the function, they said they’d provide only 75, and would charge extra if we wanted more decorated chairs. I didn’t like that.

We checked out after only a few hours because the conditions were so bad, and it cut our trip short. At check-in they gave us a stained towel, one soap and an AC remote. The first room had cigarettes scattered around and a messy bed, so it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We complained downstairs and got another room, which was somewhat cleaner but still old and very dirty. The sheets and pillowcases were so worn we didn’t want to lie down, and the bathroom was filthy.

I booked three rooms for guests attending a function, and none of them had anything good to say about the rooms. They weren’t clean, the bathrooms had stains and were awful, and the geysers were either missing or not working. There was no water in the morning, so on the function day my guests had to come to my home to get ready. One of the day staff, pallV, was polite and good, but that didn’t fix the problems they faced. Not for families.
