The rooms had no airflow and smelled foul, with mold growing on the walls. In the passage, the walls were stained with spit. Even the bathroom bucket had a dining table jug being used as a mug. I paid Rs 1500 for one day, yet there was no TV, no room service, and not even tea or coffee. The bathroom washbasin was broken and looked like it could fall on my feet at any moment. Don't get into the autorickshaw waiting at the Silkboard busstop, they may bring you to NR Suites and take commission from its management. NR Suites was the worst hotel I've ever visited. Worst experience!!!

The room was just average, and for 1800rs the rent was far too high. There was no towel or mirror, and no dress hanger in the washroom. The TV was broken, the chair was damaged, and the plugs didn't work. The bathroom door was damaged and its lock didn't work either. The bedsheet was dirty. A very bad hotel.

There wasn't even a mirror in the room, and the lighting was poor. The buckets were dirty, the bathroom shower didn't work, and both the AC and TV were out of order. Worst OYO I've ever visited, with very dirty rooms. For about 12 hours there was no toilet water, and the staff were reluctant to arrange any. After we kept insisting, they got water running for around 20 minutes, then it stopped again. The power cuts were another problem. I would give the staff a negative rating for their rude behavior if that were an option. We were overcharged, and there was no water in the bathroom either.

They charged a high amount for a small, dirty room, and the staff's behavior left me so frustrated I wish I could give zero stars. There was no water for 10 hours. Each time we told them, they said the motor was on and water would arrive in 10 minutes, but it didn't. The AC and TV weren't working, and mosquitoes and electricity problems added to the mess. I wouldn't recommend it to any kind of traveler. Total waste of money.
