The manager acts like he runs the finest place in the world and doesn't understand hospitality. The rooms have decent space, but that's about it. The water heater and air conditioning share a two-way switch, so one works only when the other is off. They serve complimentary water in jugs, and the owner doesn't seem concerned that it may be unhealthy. Pathetic service.

One of the dirtiest hotels I've seen. The linen was soiled and still hadn't been changed after I asked repeatedly. On top of the unhygienic conditions, there was no water early in the morning. Book here only if you want sick leave from work.

I was exhausted from travelling and hadn't slept in two days. I booked the room for a full day, though I only needed two hours of sleep around noon before catching my flight. The counter guy kept me waiting half an hour to assign a room, then claimed he'd already said it was ready when it wasn't. He took another ten minutes to get it arranged. Hospitality clearly isn't your strength, guys.

Service was a little slow, though there weren't many people around. The portions were okay and the food was good. I especially liked the grilled chicken, and they also have Kerala style Biryani.
