The reception area and rooms were very dirty, and the staff came across as shabby, rude, and unfriendly. I was also refused check-in and asked to pay extra, despite having a valid prepayment and confirmation from makemytrip and Oyo. I’ve heard this has happened to other people too. If they think a booking amount is below some threshold, they may refuse service. They don’t warn you beforehand, so you only find out after arriving. I’d avoid the hotel at any cost. Any savings from booking may be wiped out if this happens, and this will be my last time booking here.

After traveling all night, I got to the hotel and the staff rudely refused to check me in unless I paid them Rs 1400 in cash. MMT had already paid the hotel the extra amount in advance and emailed me to confirm check-in, but that didn’t help. On that day, neither MMT nor OYO helped me. I wandered around and luckily found a room at another hotel after asking. I’d booked for 3rd november a few days ahead. When I called to ask for early check-in, the hotel said I could only book at 1400, not the app rate. OYO didn’t help because I’d booked through MMT. This hotel seems to be listed on OYO and other apps just for visibility, and to trap customers who book through apps.

My one suggestion for management is to keep the bedsheets, blankets, and pillows cleaner. It’s one of the best places to stay around Rajarajeshwari Nagar.

It’s a new hotel and seems up to standard, but the staff aren’t good. They charge extra if they feel the app price is too low.

They didn’t provide breakfast even though I booked food. This was the worst place ever, and I wouldn’t recommend it as somewhere to rest.
