Booking went smoothly, and the receptionist kindly held our room even though we were five hours late. The room was okay for basic needs, and fine if you only need to freshen up and get your work done. But cleanliness needs a lot of improvement, from the pillow covers and bedspread to the towels. There were three of us, yet we got just one towel and one set of soap.
Indu comforts has been the best budget hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s in a peaceful location, with very clean rooms and friendly management. I once left my bag in the room, and the management sent it back to me by courier. They really care about customers and do their best to make the stay comfortable.
The facilities and room service were good, and everything else about the hotel was good too. It’s a little away from the main road. The person at reception was arrogant, though. Last time we visited, he shouted at the team and behaved very rudely.
Oyo moved me here because my original booking wasn’t available when I arrived. The room was so bad that I checked out within ten minutes. It wasn’t well maintained, the sheets hadn’t been changed and were covered with leftovers from previous guests, and the blanket was full of hair. Completely disappointing.
Around 2 a.m., I was stranded at the airport because of a problem and needed somewhere to stay for the night. I found this hotel online, spoke to the guy there, and he offered me a room right away at a very affordable price. The staff were friendly and the room was excellent.
